Personal Statement
My name is Ryan Simpler I am a 6'4 215lb 2014 RHP from Lewes Beach, Delaware. I currently throw fastball sinker 84-88, curveball, slider, splitter and change-up. I am generally a ground ball pitcher. I strive to to complete every game in which I start.
I am an outgoing, self motivated, loyal, dependable, and hardworking team player.
I am looking for a school that will continue to help me grow as a student athlete. I want to attend a school that will challenge me both academically and athletically. While I pursue a degree in sports management or criminal justice. Athletically, I would like the opportunity to earn a starting position early in my college career. I will work hard everyday to push myself to exceed the expectations placed on me.
As I am a home-schooler, Delaware does not allow me to participate in public school sports. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to play on South Jersey Young Guns Showcase team. My parents have provided the eligibility center with all the necessary information to allow me to continue to play at the next level.
