Camden Pope '25 Recruiting Profile

As a very athletic player with quick feet and speed on the base paths, I have been working hard to also increase my size and strength. I have been committed to the weight room at school and at the gym after hours. 

I attend Braden River High School in Bradenton, FL. I am junior and currently have an unweighted 3.56 GPA. I take my academics seriously and continue to increase my GPA each semester. I am currently undecided on my major but leaning towards something in the medical field. 

On the field, I have batted over .400 for my freshman and sophomore seasons of high school. I started at shortstop for both seasons and and have been very reliable at the position while playing every game. I am very athletic and have quick feet. I have stolen numerous bases as one of the fastest players on the team. I am a team leader and have an outgoing personality. I enjoy talking with all of the players, even players on other teams. I try to encourage my teammates and lift them up through good and bad times.
