Makana Moorefield '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I am Makana Moorefield. My collegiate goals are to play at a school where I can pursue my academic passions and my athletic career. I want to play at a school where I can make a difference. I also want to play at a school where I can be challenged and have opportunities. 

I always try to learn, whether in the classroom or from parents, teachers, and of course, my teammates and coaches. So I work hard both on the field and off. If my teachers or coaches change something, I adapt to it. I am studying Spanish. I like history and math. Right now, I would be very eager to learn to broadcast. 

Things that make me a good candidate include my speed, aggressiveness, athleticism, and passion for my team. I always try to get a little bit better every day. I give every game all I've got, whether we are down by ten or up by ten. My enthusiasm and support for my teammates builds excitement and gets rallies started.
