Dear Coaches,
I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Derek Javier Roy. I am a Sophmore and I play for my High School Varsity team at American Senior in Hialeah, Florida. My High School Coach name is Corey Estrada. I am a Center Fielder/Outfielder. I am very interested in furthering my academic and baseball career with a good college. - Coach Alcaraz has over ten years of experience as a strength and conditioning professional. He has worked with many young athletes as well as many NFL and MLB players. Coach Alcaraz worked for the San Francisco Giants in 2012 and he currently trains some of the top players in Major League Baseball, including numerous All-Stars and Silver Slugger Award winners. Coach Alcaraz combines his knowledge of training along with his passion for preparing athletes to deliver the best strength and conditioning program possible. Coach Alcaraz is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Functional Movement Screen Certified (FMS), USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Certified, and TRX and TRX Rip Trainer Instructor.
