Personal Statement

Baseball plays a huge part of my life. Throughout the years, it has given many outstanding qualities that would make me an impactful ball player for your team. It has made me a team player and has taught myself to become  a very hard worker on and off the field. It has made me strive to become a better ball player and push others around me to make us come together as a brotherhood and as a team’s success. I feel I would bring good character, tough mental and moral qualities to your team. I have a mature and natured personality, I get along very well with teammates and coaches and push my teammates everyday to make them better. I have a very positive attitude and I can follow and take direction. I’ve been playing baseball since I have been able to walk, it has played a major part in my life and the person it makes me out to be. Baseball has taught me the value of putting in hard work and being there for your teammates when they need it. All teams need to work together to be a good successful and unbeatable. Baseball has also taught me to be patient and to teach me how to move on if something doesn’t go the way it should or how I want it to go. I want to be the guy that you can count on in a big spot in the game offense or defense. Baseball has also allowed me to concentrate on academics and everyday life. I may not always agree with what the call is on the field but I will always keep my emotions in and play ball the way it should be played. I’m still learning to get my mind off something when I strike out because I feel like I have let down the team, but I will always bring myself back up and the others around me. I will always point out if it’s my fault or if I have done something wrong on the field and off. I have played on summer ball teams and fall teams this allowed me to get familiar with different faces and bond with different ball players this gave me the advantage to continue working on my game and how to push others around me. I’m really looking forward to playing baseball at the college level. You will not find anybody else that will work harder or hustle harder on and off the field. I am looking forward to finding the college that fits me academically and to follow my lifelong dream of playing college baseball.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
