Baseball has permitted me to build relationships and build character while continuing to learn the game and other life lessons. I realize that the margin to excel in baseball at the next level starts to narrow at the top, which is why academics are so important. I would like to earn a solid education while working hard toward all my future goals.
I was taught to respect the game and that effort and hustle are both elements of the game that I can control. I have also learned that failure is part of the game and learning to win and loose with class is part of being successful.
I would like to attend a school that will challenge me academically and prepare me for life after college while offering a positive baseball experience that can better me as a person and as a ball player. I hope to be fortunate enough to have teammates that are as motivated as I am to win and are fun to be around on and off the field. The perfect coach would be one that can provide the tools and direction I need to be the best player and person I can be. I look forward to helping to create the chemistry needed for a team to compete at the highest collegiate level.
