Jayden Summerville '24 Recruiting Profile

Because I am so young for my grade I am deciding to take a gap year after I finish high school to enhance my athletic abilities, grow as a person, and spend more time with my family before I go to college. Instead of heading off to college as a just-turned-17-year-old, I will be 18. Because of this, I will play travel ball for Canes Florida's 2025 team and plan to play for TNXL Academy as well. My goals are still the same, find the best college fit for me where I can continue my dream of playing college baseball while getting my education, which is the main focus. Baseball has made me a better person overall and I quite frankly can't imagine life without it. I’ve loved the game of baseball and I’m thankful for the lessons the game has taught me. I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
