Maxwell Goodnight '20 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Maxwell Goodnight and I am a class of 2020 student-athlete. I am a 6’2” 195 lbs corner infielder at Lennard High School in Central Florida.  On the field I set goals and put in all of my effort in order to accomplish those goals.  I work hard to be the best that I can be on the field as well as in the classroom.  I am always the first one at the field and the last one to leave, and I believe that you are only as good as the amount of work you put in.  Off the field I give back to the community by helping with various community service projects, as well as being actively involved at my church.

I currently have a 3.93 unweighted GPA and a 7.13 weighted GPA with an extremely vigorous workload of AP, Honors, and Dual Enrollment classes.  I was inducted into the National Honor Society at my HS in February 2018.  An ideal college for me is one that will not only push me on the field, but in the classroom as well.  I take great pride in my academics, work ethic, commitment to baseball and sense of leadership.  I will put in the necessary work to get where I want and need to be, whether that be on the field or in the classroom.
