Patrick McKenzie '14 Recruiting Profile

     My name is Patrick McKenzie, I am 5'3" and 130 lbs. My expected graduation year is 2014 and I have been on my high school's varsity baseball team since my freshman year and I have also started all three of my years at shortstop. My freshman year I received "rookie of the year" and my junior year i received "most valuable player". Just last year, my club team( Bradenton RBI 18u) won regionals in Vero Beach, Florida, and we traveled to Minnesota for the RBI World Series. My team made it all the way to the championship and got to play on national television in Target Field. Unfortunately we ended up losing by one run in the bottom of the seventh, so my goal is to win regionals this year and go back up to Minnesota and take care of unfinished business. 

     I aspire to go to college for engineering, for I want to be a civil engineer. I also want to play on a college baseball team. My dream is to play at the highest possible level of baseball.
