I have recently completed my freshmen year of college at Fitchburg State University (an NCAA DIII institution) where I was recruited as a third baseman and catcher. I have decided to stay in Florida, closer to home looking for an opportunity to continue my education and play baseball. I have already been released by the athletic department so I am eligible for transferring. I am interested in university’s with athletic training program, nursing or excercise science. My final goal is to get into a physical therapy program. In the off season, I am working hard every day to improve myself both academically and on the baseball field, currently getting summer classes at HCC, practicing and playing with a Summer league team and working with a personal trainer to improve my speed and size.
I have been playing competitive travel ball in different organizations like AAU, USSA, IBC, and RBI since I was nine years old, participating in major events such as Nationals at Disney Wide World of Sports in Orlando yearly since 2008, Fl. Cooperstown Dreams Park in Cooperstown NY-2009, and the Cincy Flames tournament which was held in Ohio, 2010. I am active in my church and community, volunteering with buddy baseball (helping kids with disabilities play baseball) and Hospice Services. I love my family and I enjoy reading and traveling.
