Personal Statement

My name is Kyle Khachadourian. I will graduate with the class of 2017 at William T Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. My GPA is 3.5 and I am in all Honors and AICE classes. I am also currently dual-enrolled at Palm Beach State in order to earn college credit.

Spring 2016; I was named to the First Team All American by the High School Baseball Network. I was also named to the Sun Sentinel All County team and had one of the highest RBI stats for the county. I helped my team win the 7A District Championship and go into the Regional Finals.

During the off season for High School baseball, I am a left handed pitcher and first baseman for PBC Elite and SACSN National teams. I helped the Elite team achieve a top 40 ranking over the summer of 2015 with Perfect Game. I am ranked as the 13th LHP in Florida and am a “High Follow” with Perfect Game. I topped at 84 mph last summer and I am working hard to increase my velocity. At the 2015 combine, I threw 81 mph from first base across the infield and I ran a 7.25 60 yard dash.

Team was ranked by Perfect Game as #39 in the country for the summer of 2015. Congratulations to our entire 16U PBC Elite family, team and coaches for being ranked #39 in the country by Perfect Game. Shows that hard work does indeed payoff and great promise lays ahead for this team next summer at the 17U level.

12/28/2015: Kyle Khachadourian (2017 LHP, Jupiter, FL) sat 78-80 mph on his fastball with it topping at 81mph to go along with his curveball at 68mph, his slider at 71mph, and his changeup at 74mph. Khachadourian has a good build with a good feel for his off-speed pitches. Monday BP Highlights 12/28/15; Kyle Khachadourian (2017 LHP, Jupiter, FL) is a primary left handed pitcher but his right handed swing was on the most powerful of the day. He has a nice simple swing and big power and blasted a pair of home runs among many very hard hit balls. PERFECT GAME TOP PROSPECTS: Khachadourian is a primary left handed pitcher, but might be a better prospect as a right handed hitting first baseman. He has a very nice swing that produces easy huge pull power and is going to earn him some homeruns at the next level.

Playing for Marucci Baseball. Pitched game vs. Firebirds 10/10/15. Firebirds had no answer for Kyle Khachadourian, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Firebirds managed just two hits off Khachadourian, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his four innings of work.

The WTD Panthers beat GCBA Black Sox 2-0 on Saturday behind both the bat and the arm of Kyle Khachadourian. Khachadourian had a hot bat for the WTD Panthers Baseball and went 2-3 with a single in the first and fourth innings. GCBA Whitesox couldn't get anything as long as Khachadourian was on the mound. They managed just two hits off of Khachadourian, who allowed no earned runs, walked one, and struck out seven during his five innings of work. - GameChanger

Kyle Khachadourian is a 2017 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Palm Beach Gardens, FL who attends William T. Dwyer. Large frame, broad shoulders, sturdy build with present strength. Primary left handed pitcher, solid delivery, works to a 3/4's arm slot with a long, loose arm-action. Shows solid arm speed, gets through path well and gets great extension over frontside. Fastball up to 83 mph, offering has armside run and sink with natural downhill plane, very tough pitch to lift and barrel when located down in the strike zone. Also shows feel for breaking ball, able to locate slider with sweeping action to both sides of plate. Will mix in a rare changeup. Keeps pitches down, pounds the strike zone and knows how to pitch. Also plays first base, solid defensive actions with soft hands, good arm across diamond. Right handed hitter, very wide base, hand drop trigger. Impressive strength and solid bat speed, aggressive approach. Shows natural lift with uphill plane, has power potential, ball jumps off barrel when squared. Good student. Named to Showcase Top Prospect List. PG rating: 8.5

Kyle Khachadourian led the PBC Elite 16u team to victory against the Gainesville Naturals on Saturday June 27, 2015 as he pitched a complete game with only 86 pitches, had 8 strikeouts and only 2 hits. PBC Elite won their pool with a record of 4-1. They faced Team Elite South in the first round of the playoffs and beat them 5-2 to earn a spot against the undefeated Evoshield Canes Southeast in the second round. The Elite went on to beat the Evoshield Canes by a score of 9-4 to advance to the quarterfinals.

PropectWire Fall National Championships - Futures Tournament

PBC Gameday Elite underclass team began the Prospectwire World Championships with an impressive win over the Tigers elite by a score of 10-0. Leading the way for PBC Gameday was Reed Burke who pitched 5 innings of shutout baseball while striking out 7. Offensively, the Gameday team was lead by Danny Lynch who was perfect at the plate going 3-3. Other contributors were Jack Virden who was 2-2. Myles Colangelo, Branden Jackson, Kyle Khachadourian and Jonny Mondo all contributed with a hit. After an impressive weekend, and a 7-1 win in the Championship game, Congratulations to the PBC Gameday Elite underclass team for winning the Prospectwire Fall National Championships. Sean Maletzke pitched a complete game in the final contest of the tournament to bring home the crown. Kyle Kachadourian was named tournament MVP in the Futures division for his lights out performance all week.

Dwyer HS, FL) pitched a complete game, giving up four hits and struck out four, in three complete innings of work and helping his team take the win by 10 run default. He displayed a fastball that averaged 75-78 mph and topped out at 81 mph, while mixing in a curveball and a handful of changeups for his off-speed pitches.
