Hello, my name is Thomas Prestridge. Thank you for taking time to look at my personal statement.
The one thing I enjoy the most in school would have to be writing. It is another way for me to express myself. It also is an amazing way to communicate with other people which can be utilized in many aspects of life. My goal in college is to not only become a better student and player, but also become a better person. I would love to become a journalist and write reviews for car magazines. My second choice would be to own some kind of business in the automotive industry, and real estate would be my third choice.
The highlight of my high school baseball career so far was when I pitched a complete game to win the region championship for my varsity team my sophomore year. I received All Region and All State. My sophomore stats were a .371 batting average, and my on base percentage was over .500.
