Luca Salmieri '22 Recruiting Profile

I am currently in my junior year at Wesleyan School in Norcross, Georgia and playing Varsity baseball.  My interests in academics include finance and analytics as it pertains to the financial markets. I currently hold a 4.0 GPA  and preparing to take the SAT in August of  2021.  My heritage is Italian-Cuban and I embrace my family history proudly.  My athletic passion is baseball which I have been playing since I was 5 years old.  It has taught me many lessons including how to deal with failure and not giving up.  I love the camaraderie of my teammates and respect them and my coaches.  I play travel ball for Team Georgia and my positions include middle infield and outfield.  I know I would be a great addition to any program and look forward to playing baseball and furthering my education in college.  My faith, family and friends contribute to my tremendous drive to help others and be the best that I can be.
