Personal Statement

I am a student at Brentwood High School, a college preparatory school, where I have a 3.76 GPA. I began playing on my high school's varsity team as an 8th grader and have been the starting catcher since the 9th grade where I have had 31 put outs in 43 games. I have been the full time catcher for 4 years (9-12th grades) and continue to work diligently to improve defensively and offensively through daily conditioning. I am a two-time GISA All State catcher.

I am a current member of the East Cobb Patriots 17U team, a national academic travel team which focuses on elite baseball skills and academic achievement.

My goal is to play baseball at the collegiate level. I would like to attend a college with strong academics and where I can contribute to the success of the team.
