Carter Bailey '21 Recruiting Profile

I've played baseball as long as I can remember beacuase it is fun, but it has helped me become the person I am today. It has taught me focus, disapline and working towards goals. I apply this to being a hard-working student and athlete. I work hard and have fun every time I step on the field, into the gym or into the classroom. My grades are as important to me as baseball and I'm working to graduate with a 4.0 GPA. I take a rigorous schedule with gifted and AP classes and I'm in the top 10% of my class. I've learned time management skills being a student athlete that will help me in college and I believe I can make a difference on any college team. I'm a team player on the field at pitcher, 3B or 1B, in the dugout and helping before and after the game. I have a twin sister and love dogs, movies, music and hanging out with my family. I’m a part of the Beta Academic service organization and volunteer at the local cooperative ministry, special Olympics and recycling duty at school. My dream is to play college baseball and get a great education.
