My collegiate goals and aspirations is to further my education in the health care field, specifically, fire science. Eventually, I hope to one day become an EMT first responder. Growing up in a small town the community played a big role in my life. Knowing the importance of a community and the impact they have on children I want to give back by protecting and serving my community. What makes me a good candidate is that I strive and have been told by former coaches that I am coachable and willing to incorporate any teaching given to me to better my game. I am currently a 4.0 GPA student who makes sure that I am a student before an athlete. I make sure that my studies are fulfilled so that I am ALWAYS eligible to play. What makes me a good candidate for their team is that I am coachable, able to apply what I’m being taught, and I can play anywhere in the outfield. Being that I am an athlete in multiple sports, I am able to recognize the importance of teamwork. To me, that is something a lot of kids my age don’t see and I hope to persuade and encourage my teammates the importance of teamwork.
