Personal Statement

I aspire to go to a college where I can excel both in the classroom and on the field.  I want to be able to experience college as a student athlete helping my team reach their highest potential.

I strive to always to do my best at all of my endeavors. I take charge and encourage others to do their best no matter how hard the task.  While I may not be the biggest or the strongest, I will be one of the hardest working players, contributing to the team every day.  Baseball has been the sport I have loved since I was 8 years old, and I want to continue to play this wonderful game for as long as I can.

My long-term professional aspirations are to be involved in a sports-related occupation.  I currently work in a Physical Therapy office, and truly enjoy helping people in their recovery and reaching their physical goals, thus Kinesiology / Physical Therapy / Sports Medicine interest me.  I am also interested in sports-communication, as I was spokesman for my Little League World Series team with ESPN, and enjoyed interacting with the teams, press and fans.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
