At the age of 2, I began playing baseball and never stopped since, and that was the only thing I really loved doing and looked forward to. I enjoy anything involving baseball. I've always had a passion for baseball throughout my whole life and I still grind and strive for my goal which is to play college baseball and hopefully move on to play professional baseball and make my mother proud. Baseball was my getaway from reality and all the problems going on in my life, even now I have times where I lose all motivation to do my work at school but I catch myself, and remind myself “If I really want to play college baseball I have to work hard for it, I gotta do my schoolwork, and pass all my classes. I need to not only try to be the best on the field but the best for myself ” that puts me back in check. Growing up I accomplished a lot of things and received awards but they were all sports-related. One day I want to push myself to win an academic award so I can let others know I'm not only a dedicated athlete but I can be a hard-working student. I realized at the end of the day I am my own motivation when it comes to sports or school so I have to continue to push myself down the right path to get to where I want to be in life. As time goes by I'm learning from my mistakes and becoming the best version of myself hoping to reach all my goals in life.
