Anthony Ranallo '20 Recruiting Profile

I love baseball, it has always been my sport. I have competed on other teams in my life, but my passion has been baseball. I consider myself someone who always puts the team first. I love the camaraderie within baseball, the way teammates look out for one another and completely support each other. I want to play college baseball. I have always looked forward to being a part of a college team.  In baseball my primary position is catcher, but have also played 2nd and 3rd. 

I have worked hard to bring up my grades from my freshman year. I study hard and do not miss classes or homework assignments.  As a junior I now have all A's and B's and made the honor roll. This was a personal goal of mine that was sweet! I believe in integrity, and am proud of how I have become a good student who has excellent relationships with his teachers. Without academics, I will not be successful in life. I also play football for all four years, and intramural basketball. Intramural's allows me to have fun with sports and keep in good shape for baseball. 

Outside of school I am currently working on my Eagle Scout Badge. I love the outdoors and scouting has provided me with many opportunities to improve my leadership skills. These skills have easily crossed over into sports. College baseball is a dream that I believe will become a reality for me.
