Collin Dooley '12 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Collin Dooley and I would like to play college baseball. I would like to play for the love of the game and to further my educational opportunities. I have a good work ethic, on and off the field. I currently have a 3.76 cumulative GPA and am ranked 7th in my class. I am very coachable and am willing to do anything that is asked of me. I also play football and am able to maintain High Honor Roll status. I am well-respected by both my coaches and teammates, and I get along with a diverse group of people. I am 6'1" and weigh 170 pounds. I was the starting quarterback for my High school football team as a sophomore. I played at the Varsity level in football, basketball and baseball my sophomore year. I also received an Academic All Conference award during my sophomore football season. I would prefer to go to a smaller school that is fairly close to home, but am open to other possibilities as well. I have not decided on a major, but my strengths are in math and science, and I have considered engineering. I have two siblings still at home and my parents are unable to provide much financial assistance for college. My athletic goals are to get a scholarship for college at any level of competition to help pay for my education.
