Adam Dixon '20 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play baseball at the next level. I am currently a senior (Class of 2020)  in high school and will be playing my 4th year on the high school varsity baseball team.  I am a multi-sport athlete (baseball and football) and have lettered in both sports since my freshman year and have broke numerous school records as a quarterback (given my strong arm).   In June 2019, I was honored to be invited by the Cincinnati Reds for a tryout.  I am a RHP, however,  have played in the outfield and 1st base when not pitching.  I have an extremely strong arm (and as described, by my high school baseball coach, travel team coach as well as my football coach, as a natural talent).  My verified fastball velocity is currently  87mph.  With further work and training, I will be able to increase that velocity.   I hope to continue my education and have the opportunity to play at the next level.
