Austin Flinn '17 Recruiting Profile

I would like to find a college that would be a good academic and baseball institution fit for me while allowing for continual improvement as a person and player.  Athletic with good speed and good strength for size.  I have very sound defensive & offensive fundamentals, much to be attributed to many years of instruction under Mike Shirley-head Chicago White Sox scout.  Hard working, high energy, team oriented player always dedicated to making myself better along with my teammates around me.  I am a very competitive individual and absolutely focused on winning, but doing it the right way.  Good sportsmanship and winning/losing graciously are also important traits.  With a strong baseball pedigree of having a father play professionally for the Texas Rangers and being dedicated to self improvement along with continued growth in size & strength, my best performances on the field are yet to come!
