Personal Statement
Throughout my life I've been fortunate enough to have parents that sacrificed their time and money for me to play ball. I've always stood out from the crowd not only athletic wise, but in leadership skills and academically also. I've been placed on good and bad teams throughout the years, but I always managed to hold my team's spirits up and keep us in the game. Playing baseball and being team captain has taught me many things about myself that I never thought I beheld. I've learned the values of leadership, commitment, and sacrifice during my years playing.
I have developed a strong passion for the game and I am willing to do anything to succeed in playing college baseball. I am completely committed and devoted into making myself the best I can possibly be. I believe not only do I have the talent to play college baseball, but I also believe I have the character and leadership skills to play also. No matter what program I play in, whether its a D1 or D3 college, I believe I will make a difference in the program and help lead the team into the path of success.
