Logan Lockhart: OF/C, (2022) Valparaiso, IN. 5-foot-11, 165-pound lean frame. In the box, the right-handed hitters best exit velocity was 82 mph. Starts in a wide crouched stance with a wrapping load, then uses a short stride to start his swing. Had level finish. Up the middle approach. From the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 86 mph; has rhythmic footwork and a quick clean exchange. While he fielded the ball out front and showed athletic movement laterally. Had a high ¾ slot and a long arm action. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.32. On the mound, pitches from a high ¾ angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses high effort. Lands square.Threw his fastball 80-82 mph and topped out at 82 mph; showed glove side accuracy. Showed glove side control and cutting action on his changeup (70-72). His curveball (65-68) shows some action. Track Man Data Max Exit Speed: 89.32 Average Exit Speed: 80.84
