Personal Statement
In my country, college is a luxury that consists of hard work, dedication, focus and drive. I live in a country where education is everything and continues to be the single most important requirement for living life comfortably here. If you allow me to outlive this luxury I will give you all of my hard work, dedication, focus, drive and motivation. This pertains to academics as well as athletics. To get places in life, its not just about having muscle, its about having the simple academic foundation to get there. Academics is very important to me as well as my family. My father in particular insists that I take the most out of college before it is too late. This is something that I will live by once registered into the school and I will give my all into my schoolwork as I would on the field.
The opportunity to attend college as well as play the game that I love would be something that I would forever and undyingly be grateful for. Giving me this opportunity would be at an advantage for me as well as the team because I would always give you my best and nothing less. I would also be a great addition to the student body because academics to me is one of the most important results out of this possible venture as well as playing the game.
What makes me different is not my physical abilities but my mental abilities. Compared to other players we may level in physical abilities and others may out do me in certain areas of play, but when it comes to willpower and the drive I have on the field as well as courage, there could be possibly no one out there who can out do me in mental fitness. I take this on the field with me and I share with my team ensuring that our mental fitness matches our physical fitness, so that we beat teams not because we are simply more skillful but also because we harness something harder to achieve than skill.
