Personal Statement
I grew up in a small town Port Hedland, Western Australia which is were I grew the love for Baseball. From grade 7 onwards I relocated to the capital Perth, Western Australia to attend boarding school at Christchurch Grammar School.
I am a proud Aboriginal Australian and my goal as an athlete is to represent my people at the elite level of signing an NCAA contract and one day pro. Being from a small town there are often distractions or obstacles in pursuing a dream like mine however, I want to put my town on the map and show the younger kids back home that the sky is the limit and you can do anything if you work hard and never say never.
After recently travelling to the USA in early 2021 to participate in a travel baseball team the decision was made by my family and I to continue to remain in the states. I am privileged to have supportive host parents and I am currently residing in Shelton, Washington State and attending Shelton High School to complete my senior year.
Going to college has always been a dream and I will continue to keep working hard until that dream becomes a reality. Showing determination, resilience, passion and commitment will help me in achieving this.
My primary position is Shortstop but I also play 3rd base and Pitch.
