Growing up I loved the game of baseball and continue to love it to this day. If I didn't have it a part of me, a large part of me, would go astray. Like many others, I am striving to take that next step in my athletic career. What makes me different from all the rest is that I am willing to work and learn even when some think that isn't possible. I've always been a tenacious learner, weather I'm in the classroom or on the field I'm always finding new ways of doing things that prove to be more effective. But, that is only half the battle. I've got the information to better myself but it's how I use it to really take myself to the next level. That is when patience and practice come into play. Patience and practice, in my mind, are two of the most important things in athletics because in order to make it you have to practice 110% all the time and you need to have patience because not everything is going to go your way and things take time. With all that being said, I would love to compete at the collegiate level and continue to wholeheartedly dedicate myself to the game of baseball.
