Personal Statement

My goal in college is to be a successful student as well as an athlete. Accomplishing both of these features is my main priority in college. I believe by working hard on and off the field and continuing to do this year after year, I will be able to accomplish this goal. I am a good team player as well as a student. Whether it be a late game start or a pinch-runner I can be counted on to perform to my best ability in anything I am responsible to do. I can work very well with other teammates and help them progress their athletic ability when struggling. The thing that makes me different from other recruits is keep a positive attitude. If something isn't going my way, whether its sitting on the bench for an unknown period of time or just not getting a hit to fall, I am able to push that to the back of my head and continue to work hard and push my teammates to worker harder and become better players.
