Peyton Aldrich '23 Recruiting Profile

I am very passionate about the game of baseball and would love to be able to play at the next level after high school while also continuing my education.  Baseball has taught me many valuable life lessons through the years like how important it is to be part of a team which I consider part of my family. 

Our team recently won our Sub State and punched our ticket to the State tournament for the first time since 2008. We had each other’s backs while we shutout all 3 opponents in the Sub State and lost a 1 run game in the first round of the State tournament.  I started the State game at 1B, moved to RF then pitched the final 1.2 innings without giving up any hits or runs. Our team finished with a 32-11 record and we tied for first place in the East Division of the WAMAC Conference.

I was recently named to the Honorable Mention All-Conference team as a pitcher. I was also voted to 2nd Team All District for North East Iowa as a pitcher.  I was also named to the TH All Area Team as Special Mention. 

I am a left-handed pitcher and play a variety of positions on the field. This year that included, P, C, 1B, RF, 3B and DH. My pitching record as Varsity player the past 2 years is 10-1.

I am looking forward to being a senior leader on our team next year helping the younger players achieve their goals and maximize their skills helping us to meet our team goals.
