Blake Kamerman '16 Recruiting Profile

My goal as a player and student is to go to a 4 year college to play baseball and get an education in wildlife management.  I want to play baseball for either a division 1 or a division 2 college.  What makes me a good candidate is my composure.  I don't get overwhelmed in big game situations.  I am very calm & figure out ways that will help solve the situation and do it.  What makes me different is my consistency in pitching.  I throw a lot of strikes.  I don't throw the hardest but I'm very accurate.  I don't just pitch.  I play infield and outfield and I am willing to play wherever the coach puts me.  I'm a coachable kind of player and will do anything the coaches say to improve in any way.  I also do a lot of offseason training to get to full potential so I'm ready when the season starts. This year I started playing outfield as well.  I was selected as a 2nd team NW Iowa outfielder.  I have a strong arm and I am very accurate.  I feel my speed and ability to play many positions makes me a good college prospect.
