Personal Statement
I played USSSA baseball for 7 years and spent 10 months a year, of that time, training in the Millard/Omaha, Nebraska training facility. During that time we were in 6 months, 3 nights per week with Creighton College Coaches and players learning the game and working on our weakness'. I have now played and started for 3 years (Freshman, Sophomore and Junior seasons) at the Varsity level at Treynor High School. There are many good players here and as a team we have accomplished many Conference and State goals. I have also accomplished many personal goals that I have set. As a team have played in 2 state tournaments in my 3 years. We have won 2 Conference Championships, 2 Conference Tournament Championship and 2 Sub State Final games. My goals are now focused on the 2020 HS season and continuing to play baseball at the next level following my time at Treynor. As far as 2020 HS, the team is working hard this off season and many of us are now focusing specifically on baseball year round in the weight room, going to camps/clinics and playing on select baseball teams. I was selected to play for Peak Prospects this Fall (2019). It is a group made up of High School Varsity players from Omaha, Western Iowa and the Des Moines area. We will play approximately 30 additional games this fall. I look forward to playing this Fall against and getting to know more of the best players in the Region and spend time visiting Colleges that are interested in continuing playing baseball. If a college decides they want me to play at their school they will be getting a committed athlete, a teachable student and a great Teammate who really loves the game of Baseball.
