Personal Statement
My goal is to be a college baseball player. I want to be able to use this opportunity to grow closer to God and form bonds with new people as well as become a better player. I understand the importance of putting the team first, and I know the game of baseball is something bigger than myself. I try to lead with not only what I say, but also in the manner I do things.
School is important to me because without I know that without giving effort in the classroom, I won't be able to play the game I love. Everything I say and do is modeled around my goal to play at the highest level possible. Sports give me a platform to use the abilities God has given me and motivate me to do well in other areas of my life. They teach me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and hard work for what you want to achieve. In college I want to study something that has to do with sports, fitness, and business, so I am mainly interested in studying Public Health, Physical Therapy, Business, Nutrition, and/or Accounting.
