Kase Mattingly '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kase Mattingly; a 2016 Shortstop.  I have been playing baseball every since I was four years old and my dad coached me.  From there, dad hung up the coach position allowing me play travel baseball at the age of eight.  My family has been right there beside me supporting me all the way.  My goal is to play baseball at the college level.  I absolutely love the game of baseball!  The reason I would be a good candidate for the team, because I am baseball savvy.  Not only do I perform and excel on the field, I also strive academically.  Baseball makes me a better student by my skills and performance on and off the field, I keep pushing myself to become better as a player and student.  It has taught me to keep pushing myself, never give up with dedication and deliver 110% effort no matter what.  All I can do is my best and that is what you will find and see in me.
