Nick Trimbur '20 Recruiting Profile

As a freshman, playing at Simon Kenton our team went to the state finals in 2017. Our team made it to the final game but lost to PRP in Lexington.  I really learned a lot about baseball that year when I was called up to Varsity. A person who really changed how I viewed baseball was my coach, Troy Roberts. He taught me to be the player I am today and for that I will always be grateful. My future goals are to play college baseball for a school that can utilize my talents and be a success at the next level.  I truly believe in the saying “hard work pays off” and it makes me strive to be a better player everyday whether I’m hitting that day, working out, or whatever I’m doing to improve my game.  I’ve played baseball nearly my entire life and I truly love the game.  The thought of playing baseball at the collegiate level is my ultimate goal and pray that one day I will achieve.
