Kaleb Paulk '20 Recruiting Profile

 Baseball started for me like many with T-Ball. It was love from the beginning. I have played other sports in high school but baseball is my game. Baseball is a year round sport for me except for  two months after the summer league. I have grown both physically and mentally because of baseball. Baseball has given me confidence both on and off the field. Playing for different coaches over the years has increased my maturity level. Baseball truly has helped me face situations both on and off the field with confidence and maturity.

 During my 6th grade year, there were so many kids that tried out, that they decided to have two teams. An " A" team and a "B" team. I expected to make the "A" team but instead made the 'B" team and was devastated. I made the best of the situation however and it turned out to be fantastic for me. I was given maximum mound time and my confidence went through the roof. Now five years later I am one of only four players from that age group on the high school team and the only junior starter.  The other starters are seniors.

 I want to continue playing baseball as long as i can. My goal is to finish playing in high school and graduate and play at the college level. After graduating college, I would like to coach baseball. That is unless I go pro!

P.S.   I am right handed but left eye dominate. I don't know if that is an advantage but it works for me!
