Personal Statement

I am a two sport athlete who works very hard in both school and on the field. I would like to get a scholarship to play baseball in college because I want the hard competition and the hard work that comes with it. I know the game and study players to give my team the best chance a winning. When I get home from school I spend at least an hour on tee work. I have an average bat speed of 75 mph with a high of 105 mph. I went my entire freshman season and only struck out once.  What makes me different though is in my academics, I am a sophomore taking honors classes a grade ahead of where I am. Next year I will start taking college classes to make my college expense cheaper.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
