Personal Statement

Hello my name is Amaan Jafery, and I am attending Bridgton Academy for a post-grad year to further my academic and baseball career.

I show a strong work ethic on and off the field. Whether it’s in the weight room or the classroom, every day I’m doing something to improve my craft. Playing high school ball and travel ball has taught me to be open to different coaching styles and learn to play with different people. I am ready to face and overcome adversity while playing ball and in school as well. I believe I am a great fit for your program because of my strong work ethic and drive to improve as a student, player, and teammate. I am fully committed to pursue my dreams as a student athlete at the collegiate level.
