In my two years of completed high school I have been on winning teams and losing teams. This has taught me a lot in the sports world and in the real world, meaning that a baseball season is more than a baseball season it also bonds you with your teammates this is important to me because it creates friends that is potentially lifelong and it helps for other sports. This is also helpful in the real world because it helps your communication skills. It can make you a better social person which helps with jobs and relationships. Two other things that I have learned is that there are going to be ups and downs in baseball as well as life and it really just depends on how you approach your next opportunity. The other thing that is that hard work pays off, which I use in school among other things in life. I personally enjoy collecting baseball cards and looking at highlights of professional players, I also enjoy driving to different places and visiting ballparks. I have been to Fenway Park, Nationals Stadium, and Camden Yards. I hope to visit more parks soon and hope to continue visiting more parks throughout my lifetime.
As a freshman I made the Varsity team at Oak Hill High School I mainly played second base but I also played two games in left field, that year I also played in JV games. I also played on three other teams outside of school ball combined I played about 50 games. In my sophomore season I played second base, third base, shortstop, center field, and left field this showed me that if you can play more positions it can help the team out. In my sophomore season I also played on Junior Legion in Lewiston where I was named an all star by the coach. Going into my junior year I would like to further improve and help my team more. This fall I will be playing on a fall team and then in the winter I am going to be training as I do every winter and have for the past 5 years. I have seen drastic improvements in my game from this. My pitching experience in high school has been good, pitching in high school has taught me that you cannot do it all, you need help from your teammates.
I hope that you are interested in talking to me about recruiting me for your team.
