• The Virginia End of Year Showcase will be taking place at VA Sports Complex on Saturday, December 3rd. This event will be open to any 2017-2020 grad and will feature a pro-style workout for position players and bullpens for pitchers. The End of Year Showcase will provide players the ability to provide updated, verified personal stats, video, and analysis to the 750+ college coaches that subscribe to the Prep Baseball Report. All players in attendance will have the chance to earn an invite to the Preseason All-State Showcase or Underclass Preview in February which will feature the Top HS players in the state and kick off the spring HS season.

• The showcase will conducted at Washington & Jefferson College / Wild Things Park that will host uncommitted 2018's, 2019's, 2020's, and super talented 2021's from VA, MD, PA, NJ, DE, WV, & OH.  Each player will participate in a pro-style workout followed by two games showing off their stuff in front of 16 - 25 Division I Coaches who will be evaluating them over the course of the August 5 - 6 weekend.

• MLB JR RBI Regional Tournament

• Chase was selected to participate in the All-Star team representing Prince Georges County, Maryland in Major League Baseball's Reviving Baseball in the Inner City (RBI). The Regional Tournament brings together 8 regional teams to play for the right to advance to the World Series in Cincinnati. Chase was a starter on this All-Star Team batting in the middle of the line-up. His tournament was highlighted by hitting two Triples with 5 RBI's. He also excelled defensively while starting at 1B and turning a rare 6-3-5 double play as his team finished 3-1 in the tournament.

• Northeast Baseball Honor Roll Camp

• The Headfirst Honor Roll Camp formula of combining evaluation, instruction and motivation has made their Honor Roll Camps the most popular academic showcase camps in the country since 1999. Annually, they host over 1,500 student-athletes from across the United States and close to 175 college coaches. These coaches, representing the nation's most prestigious colleges and universities, will attend the camp to recruit, teach, and share information about their athletic programs. Headfirst Honor Roll Camps are open to rising or current high school sophomores, juniors and seniors.

• Chase Crosby was named to the All Tournament Team as a hitter. He finished the event batting .364 with 3 doubles, 2 stolen bases and a .989 fielding % while starting every game at 1st base. He was a member of the Richmond Braves 15U American Team. This is the 15th annual 15U WWBA National Championship which is held in the Northwest Atlanta area. Past champions of this event include: East Cobb Aztecs (2003), NorCal Baseball (2004), Richmond Braves (2005), TGBA (2006), East Cobb Astros (2007), NorCal Baseball (2008), Houston Banditos (2009), 643 DP Cougars (2010), East Cobb Astros (2011), East Cobb Astros (2012), Dulin Dodgers (2013), Georgia Jackets (2014), East Cobb Astros (2015), Banditos Black (2016).

• Maryland State Association of Baseball Coaches 2017 All-State Selection Team. Chase finished the game batting 2 for 4 with 2 doubles and three stolen bases. He played all nine (9) innings at 1B during the All-Star Game.
