Brady Doherty '16 Recruiting Profile

Throughout my baseball career I have consistently worked at my highest intensity whether it be with instructors, on the field, or in the weight room. I compete not only with others, but with myself as well to reach my utmost potential. I will continue to capitalize on every opportunity to enhance my physical performance, because it is an important part of the game that holds no limitations. As I continuously improve my physical performance, I also intend to maintain the same mental approach I have held throughout the game. Although baseball is certainly my primary sport, I believe that my hockey experience has provided me with a unique intensity and competitiveness that has proven to be beneficial on the diamond. I have long held the desire to attend a college with a military aspect simply because I enjoy putting myself in the most demanding mental challenges, however I would certainly attend a different college if it meant keeping my baseball career alive. In respect to academics, my work in the classroom parallels my training on the field. I constantly visit my teachers before and after school as a way to strengthen my performance in the classroom and to display my dedication. I will consistently continue to compete in every step of my life.
