Adam Correia '28 Recruiting Profile

I am Adam Correia. Class of 2028. I primarily Play Center Field but secondary positions include right field, left field, second base, shortstop and 3rd base. I like to think of myself as a very coachable athlete. I’ve been playing baseball since I was 5 and always loved it. I have dreams of playing college baseball someday but right now I am just focused on getting good grades, having a good time playing travel ball, and working hard to get to the next level. I work with hitting coach Jon Burke in Warren R.I Who has worked with a handful of high school, college, and professional athletes over the years. After just one winter of working with him I had a great first season on the Babe Ruth field batting .475 with 3 strikeouts. after spending my second winter with him I look to follow up this spring/summer season. I have been called up to play junior varsity baseball as an 8th grader as our high school does not offer a freshman team and was able to offer me spot this year on the JV team. I’m set to start in Center field this season for both travel and school ball so I’m looking forward to another great season and moving forward in my recruiting journey. Note- in my 2023 Club team stats (RI Nationals) the latest stat sheet I could fine was the midway point in the season. the second half of the season my batting average dropped from .535-.475
