My name is James McDermott. Ever since I can remember I have loved the game of baseball to an extent I cannot explain. I play every game with everything I have. Whether I go 0-3 or 3-3, I make sure when I leave the field I can truly say I left it all out there. My goal is to play baseball for as long as I can, at the highest level possible. I work hard everyday to give myself the best chance to keep competing at a high level, whether that is in the classroom, in the gym, or in the cage. I look forward to the challenges ahead and I will continue to push myself as far as I can day in day out.
