Brendon Down '19 Recruiting Profile

    To begin, my collegiate ambitions incorporate earning and sustaining a 3.5 GPA, while taking classes to further advance my path in engineering. I believe that I should use baseball to further my professional life, as in my career, through college. Another goal of mine is to find a suitable career right out of college, while my time in college is spent preparing myself for that career. Also, I wish to get into college with as many scholarships that I can receive. This would include academic and athletic, which will require lots of work and applications. With the preparation of National Honor Society, and AP classes, I have learned how to work efficiently and diligently. This comes into play with both academics and athletics. My focus and drive to succeed is what places me where I am today. I have had strong teachers in the past who have shaped me to become disciplined, humble, and confident as well as true authentic manhood. This has also led to mental toughness instilled in me. Overall, I am well-rounded in the classroom, as well as on the field. My character is exemplary and implemented with leadership.
