Two sport athlete. All State LHH Center Fielder with 6.63 Sixty Speed. Back to Back State Champion in football and chosen as All Conference and 1st Team All Area as a defensive back.
Baseball:
As a sophomore and second year as a varsity starter, I helped lead my team to a 23 and 1 regular season record and I was named All State, 1st Team All Area, 1st Team All Region, 1st Team All District and All Conference as a center fielder. I was also selected to the press "Area Dream Team" consisting of all 4 state divisions. I earned the Team "Slugger" Award for having the highest BA on the team. In 24 games/83 at bats, I had a .458 BA with only 4 strike outs. In the second half of the season, I was moved to lead off batter and scored 32 runs with 19 RBI's and 20 stolen bases with a 95.2% SB%. I am known for my speed and base running skills with a 6.63 sixty yard dash. I have played travel baseball for the last five years for the Grand Rapids Diamonds Sports Academy where I competed and trained at the highest level of club baseball. I have consistently led my travel teams in BA and stolen bases. As a freshman, I was the starting left fielder for our high school varsity baseball team that was the District and Regional Champion as well as a State Final Four Finalist.
I am a member of the National Honor Society with a 3.54/4.0 (unweighted) cumulative GPA as a two sport athlete. I volunteer at the United Way Youth Leadership Program, No More Sidelines and Wings Youth Program. I also serve my country and my community as an active member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Football:
I was a three year starter as a varsity football defensive back and slot receiver on offense. I helped Muskegon Catholic Central win back to back State Championships in 2013 and 2014 posting a perfect 14-0 in the 2014 season and breaking numerous school records. I was the team's leading receiver and I was also named All Conference and 1st Team All Area as a defensive back. As a sophomore, I helped lead the team to a District and Regional Championship and a State Final Four appearance.
