Personal Statement

For me baseball is more than a game. The game of baseball has been a passion of mine since I first played tee ball. I have always had the drive and desire to be the best baseball player on every team that I have played for. In fact, my parents can no longer park their car in the garage because I have a net set up in there for hitting and arm conditioning (we live in MN).  Also, I love sunflower seeds. And talking baseball.

I am able to balance my academics along with my athletic goals, taking multiple Advanced Placement and IB classes to test my academic rigor. Tough classes create a mental discipline that helps me on the baseball field. To be able to pursue both my academic and athletic dreams on the collegiate level would be great.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
