Charley Rowan '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Charley Rowan. I am currently a junior at Stillwater High School in Stillwater, Minnesota, where I have 4.0 GPA. I hope you have heard of Stillwater; we are 2018 and 2022 Minnesota Class 4AAAA Baseball State Champions! I was an alternate on the varsity team my sophomore year when we won state, and I am officially on the varsity roster this year! We hope to have a repeat in 2022 and be back-to-back state champions! I would love to continue my baseball career in college with a competitive program at a school that has great academic opportunities.

A little bit about me – I have been traveling and club baseball since I was nine years old but have had a passion for baseball ever since I could hold a bat. In addition to my school team, I am on the 17U National Team for my club, Great Lakes Lumberjacks. Here are a few recent stats from my spring PBR: 86 infield velo, 89.9 exit velo, 69.1 bat speed. I am a versatile middle infielder and have played outfield as well when I have needed to step up for my team. One of my best qualities that I can add to any team is leadership. I was voted Teammate of the Year by my teammates every season from freshman through junior year and hope to hold that title through my fourth season this summer. I am an unselfish player who believes that it takes everyone on the team, not an individual, to win games!
