Andrew Imgarten '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Andrew Imgarten, I am a freshman at Moberly High School in Moberly, Missouri. My ultimate goal is to play professional baseball, but I would like to play baseball in college to help myself get a good degree in case it baseball doesn't work out. I currently play for the Central Missouri Phenom Baseball Academy 16U Showcase Gold team. I am mainly a shortstop, but I also pitch and am a catcher.  I know how to play all the positions which I feel will give me an advantage and help any team that I play on. Offensively, I am a leadoff hitter who is not afraid to lay down a bunt to get on base. One thing that I take a lot of pride in is my athleticism, I play basketball, start varsity as a goalkeeper in soccer, and play  on the tennis team. I have received All-District honors in both soccer and tennis. People always notice how agile and smart I am in the sports I play. I do a lot of work in our community. I love helping those who are not as fortunate as me. I value education very much, I am in many honors and advanced classes at Moberly High School, and participate in our school band by playing the alto-saxophone. I play baseball with a lot of passion and heart, doing my best to be a good teammate and player, and working on my own time to better my skills.
