Christopher Whitten '23 Recruiting Profile

Hey, I am Cj Whitten, I am currently an infielder who has trained to play either Third, Second, Or short, As well as any outfield position as well. I am willing to help my team, more as known as my family to get better in any aspect possible, no matter what it takes, whether it's on the field or in the weight room. I am a very consistent hitter who can battle and work counts with a very balanced bat. From that I haven't gone under .400 in the last 4 seasons of my playing with my club team, I got an above-average opposite-field pop which comes in handy, especially in clutch situations. As well as that, I got lasered to a 6.61 60-yard dash early in 2022 which helps tremendously on the base paths and while in the infield or outfield as well. With that 60 yard-dash, I also got lasered to a 3.67 second home to first at that same time last year as well, from then I have only gotten faster due to the training that I have done, I have just yet to test it all. My EV off of a tee sits around 90, but I'm more of an in-game player than a showcase to show off the skill. But my EV in the infield and outfield sits around 88-89 for my top Velo and I average around 84-85.
