Personal Statement
My name is Logan West, and I am a Junior in High School in Broadus, MT. I am 5 feet 7 inches tall and weigh 153 lbs. During the summer I play for the Miles City Outlaws Baseball Club in Miles City, MT. This is my first year on this team, but I've been playing baseball since I was seven. I am a primarily a second baseman/shortstop, but i also play right/left field as well as pitch and catch. My quickness gets me wherever I need to be on the diamond, and makes me a very versatile player. I have the arm to throw from 3rd without a problem, and the ability to get to the ball. I strive to be better at everything I do, and I'm very competitive. College baseball has always been my dream. I work very hard to become the best player and student I can be. From hustling at practice, to excelling at school, I know that whatever school and whatever team I may play for, I can have a positive impact. My first goal of course is to obtain a college education , and I plan to work for athletic scholarships to help pay for that education.
