Auggie Rasmussen '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Auggie Rasmussen. Ever since I was little I've wanted to play college baseball. My dad played college baseball for Iowa Western and played professional slow pitch softball all around the country. He has taught me a lot about the game and coached me before high school. I am a senior at Blair High School. I also play basketball and football. I'm currently playing Shortstop, Second Base, and Centerfield. I have received all-state honorable mention, all-conference honorable mention, and all-conference academic. Ever since I started playing travel baseball when I was 10 I've been looked on as a leader. My teammates look at me as a leader in all the sports I play. I have a good work ethic. I get in the weight room or take batting practice every chance I get. My goal is to play at the highest level of competition I can in college that has the best fit for baseball and my academics.
